Beth Parola is a 1991 graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Chemical Engineering.   She is currently the Area Vice President, Global Chemicals Division, for Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company with responsibility for leading a team of engineers to manage customer needs in the Chemical industry in North America.

Upon graduating from Auburn, Beth worked for Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN .  She was relocated to Southern California, where she worked for 9 years as a Technical Sales Engineer and 2 years as the West Coast Customer Service Supervisor.  She was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and moved to the Philadelphia area in 2002.   She remained in that role for 9 years and was then promoted to Corporate Account Executive.   After 23 years with Eastman, in 2014, Beth decided to move back to the South and change careers by joining Nalco Water in Alabama.

Beth is the Campus Recruiting Coordinator for Nalco Water at Auburn.  She is currently Secretary/Treasurer for the Chemical Engineering Alumni Council.  She is also on the Executive Committee for 100 + Women Strong organization.  

Beth and her husband, Dave (also an Auburn grad) now enjoy living in Auburn, AL.   Their daughter, Kelsey is an Auburn grad (2016) in Industrial Engineering.  Their son, Jake is an Auburn grad (2018) in Chemical Engineering.   You can find Beth at most Auburn football, basketball & softball games throughout the year!
