Sean Flinn is a Vice President in the Houston M&A practice for Duff & Phelps which was recently formed with the acquisition of Growth Capital Partners. Mr. Flinn worked for Growth Capital Partners from July 2008 until the acquisition earlier this June.

Mr. Flinn’s responsibilities include the origination, coordination, and execution of company sales, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and private placements for D&P’s client companies in the energy industry. Mr. Flinn focuses on clients providing oilfield and industrial services and equipment.

Sean was formerly employed in the Business Valuation practice for Duff & Phelps and gained industry experience as a process engineer and controller in ExxonMobil Chemical’s Low Density Polyethylene and Olefins businesses.

Mr. Flinn received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
